Explore and master the art of Energy Medicine in an intimate, in-depth program to develop the tools and techniques needed to unlock your body’s natural healing power. The Eden Method Fundamentals Program will provide the training you need to make a huge positive impact on your own health and the health of your family, friends, and clients.

Eden Method Level 1: Fundamentals Program is a one-year program designed by Donna Eden and her faculty members. The curriculum is based on Donna’s 35 years of successful practice and research using energy as a main tool for bringing on healing and wellness.

Students who successfully complete the Level 1 Fundamentals Program have the option of applying this class work toward Level 2 to complete Certification Training in the Eden Method. Successful completion of both levels allows the graduate to become an Eden Method Certified Practitioner.

 

With Valerie’s Eden Method Level 1: Fundamentals Program, you will:

• Develop skills to begin integrating into your professional health care practice or apply to friends and family
• Learn to assess and balance eight of the nine different energy systems used in energy medicine
• Discover ways to take an active, powerful role in the healing of yourself and your loved ones
• Learn how to evolve the body’s energy patterns in ways that promote health and vitality
• Learn alternative treatments for pain relief, to potentially lessen or remove dependency on pain medication
• Develop ways to strengthen the immune system so you and loved ones can build resilience to illness
• Discover ways to track energy in the body and what techniques will bring about the best results

 

Valerie Rice (Vita)’s Eden Method Level 1: Fundamentals Program

The Level 1: Fundamentals classes are a series of 4 classes, held on four extended weekends over the course of a year. All classes are taught by Valerie, an Advanced Energy Medicine practitioner and approved instructor of the Eden Energy Medicine Certification Program in the United States. The curriculum carries a wide variety of topics giving students a solid foundation and understanding of energy principles, systems and techniques designed to bring body into energetic balance. Students practice in small groups with close supervision and attention to detail. They develop powerful skills needed to encourage and maintain good health, overcome illness, and achieve an understanding of how the body communicates energy imbalances. Registration for this program is available only once a year in spring.

The tuition for the Level 1: Fundamentals Classes is US $1095.00 per class. Tuition covers handouts, meeting space, teaching staff, evaluation and feedback of written tests and demonstrations between classes, and ongoing evaluations to keep you moving forward.
