Here is a tip for the holidays.
Sometimes, during the holidays, we find ourselves just needing to let go. Let Go of things being perfect; of all conversations being loving and supportive; of all our dishes being cooked, heated, and ready at the same time for meal time; of receiving all the love you hoped to experience from family; of your own ability to be endlessly patient. Letting go can free us to experience and accept what is… to accept this human being who we are and the humans all around us. We aren’t perfect. They aren’t perfect. Comparing one another helps nothing. So, when you need to let go and let be. Try these points for 1-2 minutes, several times a day.
