Course Description

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and meditation can assist individuals in managing their lives and reactions to stress.

This training will help attendees re-awaken to their own lives, to become acutely aware of themselves and the world around them through mindfulness, meditation, and personal insight. Attendees deepen self-understanding, learn techniques to cope with stress, and connect and communicate more intimately with the people, events, and situations in their lives.

Based on the 8-week course developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn, the 5-day intensive allows attendees to ‘get away from it all’ and immerse themselves in quiet, peace, and nature with others of like mind. 

While learning, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, fresh air, and Texas hospitality. A full retreat experience, including hiking trails, relaxations spots with fantastic views, along with a variety of animals.
