The holidays can be stressful.
They require work, i.e., cooking, finding others a place to sleep, interacting with others who may not share the same values/beliefs, more interactions than usual, etc.! SO – You need ENERGY!
At the same time, getting together – well, you really want to enjoy the time and one another. After all, you are getting together to share the holidays with individuals you have a connection with, that you like or love or at least want to get along with! SO – You want to feel RELAXED and enjoy yourself.
